Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days of ordering. During busy periods, product launches or holidays, it can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $200. Otherwise, the cost is calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after the carrier picks up your package.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address before you order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages or extra fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or lost packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, email us at management@lockboxtcg.com and we will help you work with the carrier.

Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Pre-orders and backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, it may ship later than our usual timing. We will tell you about any major delays.
