Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

International Shipping

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address Information

Delayed or Lost Packages
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping times may be longer than our normal processing and delivery windows. We will communicate any major delays when possible.
