Shipping & Returns
We ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $200. Otherwise, the cost is calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order.
Delivery times and costs
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and most arrive within 3-10 business days of ordering.

Heavier orders and remote areas, such as Canada's territories, cost more. You will always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email you tracking as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours to start updating after the carrier picks up your package.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
Returns and refunds
Free returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Email management@lockboxtcg.com with your order number to request a return.
- We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please request a return before sending anything back, as we cannot accept returns sent without one. Sale items and custom products cannot be returned. To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.
